- There are several different ways to add candidates to a Pipeline:
- From a Person's Datasheet
- click the plus sign icon in the top right corner of the Pipeline card
- From a list (search results, Hotlist, or another Pipeline)
- select the records you wish to add, click to expand the select an action drop-down menu and select Add Selected to a Pipeline
- Directly from the Pipeline itself
- navigate to the corresponding pipeline and click the +Add People to Pipeline link in the top left corner of the list

- There are several different ways to add candidates to a Hotlist:
- From a Datasheet
- click the plus sign icon in the top right corner of the Hotlist card
- From a list (search results, Hotlist, or another Pipeline)
- select the records you wish to add, click to expand the select an action drop-down menu and select Add Selected to a Hotlist
- Directly from an existing Hotlist
- navigate to the corresponding Hotlist and click the +Add People to Hotlist link in the top left corner of the list
